Terms of service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account on the Adveho service operated by {COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME} ("we", "us") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Subscription
- Pricing is published in the billing dashboard and may change with 30 days notice for active subscriptions.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
- You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at end of the current period.
- The free trial is 14 days. No credit card is required during the trial.
3. Acceptable use
You will not (a) reverse engineer the service, (b) attempt to access another tenant's data, (c) use the service for unlawful logistics activity, or (d) circumvent rate limits or quotas.
4. Your data
You retain all rights to operational data you upload (trips, vehicles, drivers, documents). Our processing is governed by the Data Processing Addendum at /legal/dpa.
5. Service availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Status incidents are posted at status.{DOMAIN}.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
7. Intellectual property
The service, including its software and trademarks, is and remains our exclusive property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach with reasonable notice. On termination you may export your data within 30 days; thereafter we delete it as described in the privacy policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of {JURISDICTION}. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of {JURISDICTION_CITY}.
